Technology is moving at such a fast pace that we struggle to keep up. The last few decades of marketing tactics have made us lazy “communicators. Ted re-introduces us to the one-on-one communication skills we’ve forgotten in our rush to new technologies, like social and mobile technologies, which hold us back. He teaches us new ways to use the people skills we already have to stay connected digitally in an authentic, human way. However, no matter how quickly things change, there are certain principles of communication and marketing that will always hold true.
