Ted Rubin, Chief Social Marketing Officer and author of the upcoming book “Return on Relationship”, sits down with Ramon B. Nuez Jr., Editorial Director for Crowdsourcing Week, to discuss the importance of companies fostering employee creativity.
Most companies tend to push creativity aside and want employees focused strictly on execution. There is no incentive to be creative and many times it is frowned upon. Ted says we can learn so much from the creativity of children Companies need to allow, and encourage, employees think outside the box, encourage failure, as a path to success.
