The November 13th episode of #305LIVE on WZAB Miami.

We come to YOU every Wednesday night from 7PM to 9PM for TWO hours of insights and activities of the global & local social media scene. This includes, the people, the companies, the strategies and the events that we all have access to by being and staying social.

For our first hour tonight, we’ll review local events that have brought some very powerful players into the Miami atmosphere and you can follow all the action with their event #hashtags that we discuss in the first hour.

Brand loyalty declines due to lack of relevance… a direct result of not listening.” “Number one is always try to understand who your customer is and stay true to your brand.
