Ted Rubin, Chief Social Marketing Officer at Collective Bias and author of the upcoming book “Return on Relationship”, sits down with Ramon B. Nuez Jr., Editorial Director of Crowdsourcing Week, to discuss whether or not consumers actually buy from people and brands they like.

According to Ted, consumers do buy from brands they like especially if the brand is approachable, engages and makes them feel comfortable. Brands now have tools at their fingertips to actively build relationships with consumers.
